To Qualify

The Texas Construction Career Academy is an affirmative action program. The focus of the program is to recruit and to increase the number of minorities, women and disadvantaged individuals in the highway construction industry. However, the program is open to all individuals.

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be interested in working outdoors
Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening test
